The clinic will be lead by Preston Curtis a 16 year veteran of barefoot running who founded the New England Barefoot Runners. With over 300 truly barefoot road races ranging from 5K's to Half Marathons, Preston has seen and experienced it all to better answer questions about this ever popular movement in an improved natural running style. Preston experienced severe knee problems and could not run until he experimented with barefoot running 16 years ago in Huntington Beach, CA. Preston will go over the mental aspects of barefoot running and natural running technique.
All event proceeds will be allocated to the North Shore CDC in support of affordable housing on the North Shore.
